Rick luckily had a rear outer he loaned me, I installed it that day. However when Sunday came it was raining worse than Saturday and cold so we all called it a day. THNX RICK. I'll bring your part back in MOAB.

My solid axle worked great, I broke the axle while retrieving Johnstone, his truck was tilted to an extent that the fuel level prevented it from starting, so I had to pull him out, then there I go cranking the wheel and punching the gas and snap goes the axle. I still got him out, though I had to use my winch. It was definitely a great time, we all had a lot of fun this time.

I just got done spraying the inside and out of the explorer to get the wonderful red clay off of it. I had a great time. I would also like to thank Rick for making the venture out to Texas (sorry about the rain).

Here is where the pucker factor came into effect for Dina, Brad, and myself.

how far is gilmer from san antonio, which is where i'll be all summer and would love to make a run up there, hopefully a few will be ready for another run mid summer

The one with us standing around is after we left Sunday. We ate on the way home and it was myself (with the Flag on my head), Mudduck, Drew, Drews wife Kendra, Bobdreadknot and his girlfriend and then my cousin and his wife. I believe there are some more pictures out there of everybody but they just havn't shown up yet.

The sport track was driven by Johnstone and I assure you its not stock at all. It is running 35x12.50 I believe and yes it kept up with us. If you look him up he has many good pics online. Don't let the pics fool you, it was raining good this day and the trails were extremely slick. I think everyone of us had lockers front and rear with the exception of SVO (has a locker rear and limited slip front). Without lockers I don't believe anyone would have made it through any of these trails this weekend due to the rain making it very slick.
