Wanted Good and fast general machinist

I'm looking for one you guys here that is a general machinist. I have a 1"x5"x5" piece of aluminum that I need an approximately ~65-70mm hole made in it near the middle. I can ship to you and I'll pay return shipping too. Thanks.
