Hi. I just found and and joined the site and wanted to say hi. I bought my Explorer on Saturday and I'm already thinking about mods. This looks like a great place to start.

This thing barely fits in my garage.

welcome and nice x u got there u plan on doing mods to it

I don't plan on making any real mods any time soon. The only thing I do plan to add is a class 3 hitch. The two reasons I almost didn't buy an Explorer were they all had the ugly tan "camel" interior and class 2 hitches. This one has some gray inserts to break up the camel and I found the aftermarket class 3 hitches that fit around the stock hitches. I save my rant about class 2 hitches for a different thread.

If I hadn't bought this vehicle I would have bought a Pathfinder. Pathfinders in this price range are a year older and have 20 to 30 thousand more miles on them.

Welcome. It IS a great site, but get your wallet ready - it could get ugly once you're bit by the mod bug. :D
