There seems to be a growling noise when I turn right. Could this be a bearing? Iam not sure but I did not notice it until the shop installed new pads and rotors. Should the 4x4 center cap just fall off when removing the wheel? Ithought mybe they did not torque the brgs. correctly. Any ideas?

Yes, the hub should fall off. can ya be a bit more specific on the noise?

It may be the pad vibrating in the caliper, but that is just a shot in the dark.

You may want to go back and re-torque the bearings. It is relatively simple.

What is the proper wheel torque for the brgs. ? It is like a humming noise .
