Supplies you will need is a rubber grommet and insulation padding.

1. Remove headrest

2. Remove middle upper seatbelt cover

3. Fold seat falt

4. Unclip the bottom of the upper seat cover to get inside the seat assembly. Use a long tool to pinch as hard as you can to remove headrest guide sleeve.

5. Remove seat cover from frame. The foam is sewed with the cover, and slides off altogether.

6. The board has three large push pins, and mines was loose causing rattling noise in the seat frame when driving over bumpy roads.

7. Goto any hardware store to purchase a rubber grommet. I couldn't find the right size, but it worked to make the pins tight in place.

5. Before placing the board back on the frame, place insulation padding on the frame.

6. Then place the board back on, and cut excess padding off.
