I can even get my magnet to hand from my hand

It happens lots when I use chisels to knock off bearing races, but it's the first time my sledge hammer has chipped.

Usually their big chuncks and I can cut my skin a little and use side cutters but this one is gone, I cant even see anything but the point of entrie.. It must be long becuse the cut isnt big

Took a picture of the magnet, it's the worst pain when taking the magnet off.. feels like putting a needle in my muscle and moving it in and out a cuple of times while flexing

I have a small bump on my left hand in the exact same place from the same thing, happened when I was hammering on a old bearing race to get a new bearing race in and the old race chipped. That looks pritty awful thou, things like this are a good example of why you should wear safety glasses at all times O.O

From about 15 years ago I still have a piece in my arm. Right in the crook of my elbow. When it happened the chip went in and I could see fatty tissue in the hole. Thank God it didn't hit the main vein they take blood from. (right next to it)

Well it's still there and the doc said the body will cover it with scar tissue so it should be fine unless it is causing discomfort.

I was going to also say when are you going to learn to wear gloves?
what if that was your eye?

I think its time to buy a ball joint press, they are like $30 and make U joints a BREEZE
looks painful!

I was always were safety glasses, only becasue this same thing happened 3 weeks ago
and gloves are too hard to work with

The doc told me to leave it in and make sure in infection redness doesnt get any bigger, lol.. I told him my story and he started makine a WSIB forum becasue it happend at work, which i then quickly said "working at home" and he laughs

The joint press is even more deadly, lol.. if you forget to remove the inside c-clips, they'll shoot out like a shot gun and sounds like one
