hard to start after fueling

My sportrac is hard to start after refueling (takes about 10 seconds of constant starter). Also when I remove the fuel cap with engine running, it becomes rough. Seems like changes in presurization in the tank might be the problem.

Also maybe its un-related, the engine sometimes dies when close to idle, but not very often.

Changed fuel filter and didnt get better.

Any one know what could be wrong?

Not sure about truble codes, but Im not getting any service lights.
