Has anyone pulled the engine out with intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds?

Hey members, hope you had a great weekend, I didn't, I spent most of it on the exploder. My question is has anyone pulled or installed the engine with intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds in place. I have removed radiator, transmission cooler, and stuff attached to the engine. I had a hard time removing the last bolt on the intake. I would like to have the at least the intake manifold installed before I set it in the engine compartment. Has anyone done it. Please don't reply "you should be able to" ,, unless you have done it. I would like to get some info from the experienced ones. Thank you.

Yes I do this all the time
We even use old seatbelts ties from one exhaust manifold to the other to lift the engine out with
