hatch lock cylinder replacing a door lock cylinder?

The driver side lock cylinder on my '94 is froze and wont turn with either key.... all the others do, it's been like this since since I bought the truck a year ago. I never use the key on the back hatch anyways so I was wondering if I could swap the hatch lock cylinder for the door cylinder.

Then maybe fill the lock cylinder on the back hatch along with the broken wiper arm and broken motor for a cleaner look, I don't know.
