Have a 96 explorer with a broken manual seat

I have been able to find electric seats for it but none that are manual. Can anyone tell me before I pull the seat out if the electric jack for the seat is there under the carpet or not?

The seat recline assembly broke and the back of the seat is now in full recline.

Any help is appreciated.

Oh and I did search but haven't found it if the answer is here or not.

No its not there, at least on my 95. Just cut the other side of the harness and run some wire for it.
