ok i have read up on the timing chain problem for the 4.0l but none on the 4.6L.i have the same noise and eveything mentioned for the issue for the 4.0l.now i orginally thought it was the lifters replaced those and still makes the noise.so iam gunna go replace the tensioner and everything...is it an easy job or no?
