Hi, am new to this forum.
I have a 96xlt explorer 4liter auto 4x4
I just had the reverse band replaced. Also some clutch plates that were burnt.
Just put the transmission back in and reverse gear is slipping.
Is this an adjustement issue or is the transmission going to have to come out again?
Help.

Welcome to this forum! Check the O ring seals on the low/reverse servo, and the square gasket with 4 holes. Was an In/Lb torque wrench used on the valve body bolts?
