Head unit ?

I plan on running my front speakers with a 2 channel amp and my rear speakers with my head unit. So... my head unit is rated 52x4 max so will my head unit now run the rear speakers at 104 x 2 ?

No. Still 52/per channel max (not RMS).

why not wire in parallel all 4 speakers to the amp at a 2 ohm load than just the deck for rears. Power ratings means **** most of the time on decks. Yeah you'll lose your fade but it'll be better overall
