They will fit yours. There was a change made to the exhaust in 04, I can't remember what it was though. The only use of these headers for you is to be able to say you have headers, they won't be much performance gain. Your stock manifolds flow very well. So unless you have extensive modifications you should save your money for other upgrades. I would suggest getting underdrive pully's and an electric fan.

For underdrive pulley's contact Jah81592 here on the forum, he's a vendor here and sells them, he also sells sct flash tuners which would be another good investment. His website is www.hensonperformance.com

I'm not sure which electric fan would work, but I'm sure a little searching would turn something up, if I find anything I post back here.

I have some JBA headers a MAC intake and MAC catback exhaust. I had a shop fab up the section between the header flange and the cat back with high flow cats so it is a complete exhaust.
