Heat shield question

Have an '03 4.0. Heard a rattle when accelerating...noticed the shield that appears to protect the transfer case motor was broken and just hanging there. I pulled it off but I am concerned with everything being exposed. Anyone know where I could find a new shield and 2 new screws (one is stripped I noticed). Haven't been able to find any information on Google for this particular shield.

It's a non wearable part. So best bet is either dealer or wrecking yard.

Years ago, the heat shield on my explorer cracked right at the bolt holes that mounted it. I couldn't find a replacement, so I picked up a strip of aluminium at Home Depot and bent it by hand to match the contour of the heat shield's edge. fasten it to the heat shield with rivets and drilled out new holes for the mounting bolts. It has never rattled since.
