Hello everyone, question for you. I have a '03 ranger 3.0l w automatic transmission. I wanted to know the location of the test port on my trans.

My ranger has 267,000 miles and I am adding a temp gauge for my transmission. Is an adapter needed for the sending unit?

Here you go.

As far as adaptor it will vary with types sensors. Most will be able to use test port without an adapter.
