HELP!!! 1993 Ford explorer fluctuating temperature gauge again

Hey everyone my 1993 Ford explorers temp gauge is fluctuating again I put a water pump radiator radiator cap lower and upper radiator hoses and a new Motor craft thermostat on as well as a new overflow tank it's full of coolant and a new temperature sending and the coolant is bright green and completely flushed unit and it was fine for a couple of days now I was driving it to McDonald's tonight and noticed it was fluctuating going up close to Hot then it would come back down to a little below Normal please help I love this old truck I need to know what to replace now and what could be causing this? And no there's no milk shake on the dipstick and there's no white smoke

I don't think so I've bleed the system by squeezing the upper radiator hose and running it with the cap off blasting the heater

I think the temperature sensor napa sold me is bad it worked great for about a week then the fluctuating came back so I'm exchanging the part tmr hopefully this fixes it I'll be back with a update tmr
