help 4r44e tranny

help i have a 4r44e 2000 tranny and trying to put it in a 99 ranger is the fly wheel diffrent or something ? please help

the bolt pattern spacing is the same, A4LD, 4r44e, etc.... someone might can help if you can tell us what exactly is wrong ?

the most common problem is not getting the torque converter seated into the front pump. this causes front to back spacing, not allowing the transmission to mate up with the block.

i mean it lined with the block and the converter is in line it jsut wont go to the block all the way it has like a inch to go.. would i have to put the transmission in neutral to allow to go threw the bell house ?
