OK, bought a '95 Eddie Bauer with a known issues of the locks randomly locking and unlocking and the interior lights flashing. Thought maybe that the RAPS was the issue so I unplugged the module and all door locks one by one to eliminate each switch and still having the problem. Now the other funny thing is that the windows will not roll up or down and the wipers don't work either. Sometimes it will click and all these things will work for a short time. I'm at a loss, all fuses and relays seem to be working just fine and none of them are blown. Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated!
