I've searched and searched and havnt found anything. I'm in the process of trying to remove and install new upper and lower ball joints, and also changed / check my wheel bearings. So far I've gotten my tie-rod disconnected, removed the dust guard, and taken out the two bolt pin things that hold on the brake caliper. How do you remove the hub assembly so the rotor and all that can pull off? I dont have a hub tool

Remove the spindle nut and washers and then the locking pin. You will need and extractable magnet to get the pin out.

You can also use a pin or paper clip to retrive the pin instead of the magnet.

There is a great walk through of the hub removal at the Ranger Station

There's also a good write up on doing the brakes on here that has good steps with pics of taking the hub off.

Well, I got it all apart, installed a new lower ball joint on the drivers side, the spindle nut on the passeneger side was loose and caused the wheel bearing the burn up so I replaced those, all my brake pads were gone and destroyed my rotors so I purchased new rotors, and I put new diff fluid in my rear but wasnt sure how to put in the front since there wasnt a drain plug and I didnt wanna pull the third memeber out. Anyone have any info on how to change the front diff fluid? Consean3ry from this forum came up and helped me out too. Thanks again Kevin! See ya next weekend so we can swap our tires back!

To change the front diff fluid, you'll need a suction gun. They're about $10. Stick the tube in the fill plug hole, and suction as much out as you can. Then refill through same hole.
