Hey All,
Last night I went to Zoofari here in Tampa, FL (Where you pay a fee to get in and you eat and drink all you can from local businesses.) One stand had this stuff called "mooza" or "mouzza". Has anyone heard of this? It was a light tan milk shake that was sweet and very good!! Does anyone know where I can find the recipe for this?

I've been a bartender for the last 9 years and I never heard of this drink. Alot of times places will make up a name for a specific drink. So from state to state the same drink may have different names. I can tell you from experience that a made up recipe could have a name that no one has ever heard of. If I had to guess, it may be a Batida(Brazil), which has Cachaca, condensed milk and a friut puree. Batida means milkshake.

Elaborate a tad, was it more of a fruity sweet, chocolate sweet or other? Could you tell the type of alcohol? The only thing that came to mind was a mudslide.
