Need to know if the Ford Explorer Headlights Black Headlights 2002 2003 2004 2005 02 03 04 05 fit the 2001 sport trac or what i need to do to make them fit

yes they fit, you don't need to do much other than transfer the adjusters from the old lights unless they are included with the new ones.
there is a slight difference in one of the lower mounts, but it will be fine

are you shure cuz i have a 01 sport trac and the lights are from a explorer 02 the grill change

sorry, never read right, "explorer", and "explorer sport trac" lights are not compatible
