Is it coming out the top of the dipstick or where it goes into the engine block?
I am guessing the dipstick came out of the enging, possibly when you were down there messing with transmissions :)
Its a simple press in fit, its a good idea to clean it up a bit before installing, and if there is an O ring make sure its in good shape.

no its comming out of the top! like it is getting way too much pressure and pushing the stick outand spraying all over the exaust manifold. it is secure as hell to the block , im thing its some kind of vaccume or a plugged something to make it do that.

Indeed, it sounds like the PCV valve and/or the hose that runs from it to the intake manifold is obstructed causing a buildup of pressure in the engine due to blow-by around the pistons. That's the first place I'd look at least.

Any possibility someone overfilled it?

Either your PVC system is plugged up .. or your Explorer thinks its a 4 cylinder Ranger with bad rings ...

I would hope for a plugged PCV system, but a bad case of blow- by (bad rings) could cause this. You might want to do a compression check to test for this.
