Help! My transmission filler tube fell off....

And I cannot figure where the heck it goes back in! I have been feeling around for an hour.....

Any ideas? Top of the transmission? I know it is passengers side but...

nevermind....taking it to the shop...

It's on the front passenger's side of the transmission. Check to see if the base pulled out from the transmission.

Thanks, the base is out and I have located the hole that it goes in, it is real hard to see and I cannot figure out where the bracket that attaches the top part is attached. Firewall, or block?

The base needs Locktite red to seal it in place.

OK! Got the tube in and positioned and now I am trying to figure out it the mounting bracket is held on with a bolt / stud or a simple snap in. I have it lined up, but the 'hole' is real hard to get to and all i can say ti is about 1/2 inch in diameter...
