Help needed with 04 Explorer

Hi my name is Bassel. I am having problems with my 2004 Ford Explorer and I am hoping that someone can help me and shed some light on this. The 4 x 4High is blinking and when you push the Auto or Low nothing changes. I have changed the transfer case motor and it did not make a difference. I have a code of P1824 which is 4WD Electric Clutch Relay Circuit Fault and I also have a C1234 Code which is for the Right Front Wheel Sensor Missing. My ABS light is also on due to the C1234 code. Can someone please help me?
