help please.. 2000 ford explorer fuel issues?

i have a 2000 ford explorer and its having troubles lol... it starts right up no issues but at idle it has a small miss in it... when i drive i have like a studder and shake, then i give it more gas and it comes out of it but maintaining a regular speed causes the shaking to be constant... plus i have lost gas mileage and power pulling hills... im not sure what the problem is or where to start checking... i did replace the spark plugs but it looked as if they where burnt up and slightly deformed? i also tried some fuel injector cleaner and octane boost but nothing has worked... please help

Is the check engine light displayed while the engine is running?

You might check the spark plug wires next.

nope no check engine lights and i replaced the plugs already...
