help please

I have a 98 with D4 Limited Slip 3.73 i want to run 32's on my x will i need to re gear the rear end

I would put the tires on and see how you like it. You may be ok and may not feel it needs a regear. Only purpose for regearing for an increased of that small of tire is just to get your acceleration back - trans/engine stress isn't too much of a factor as if you were going to 35s+
