Hi, im a new member and i have this problem.
When i drive down the street my gas petal starts to vibrate and my engine has a boggy feeling. Its around 1500 and 3000 RPMs in thrid gear or around 35-45 mphs. Im thinking its the transsmision but im not completely sold. any idea please help!

Sounds like it could also be fuel related. Give us more information.

use premium gas , see if it goes away ......:burnout::party:

You said the engine felt boggy. Does the engine feel it's loosing power?
If the transmission is the problem the engine should still have plenty of power and not feel "boggy".

Here's another thought for you. Check the fuel pressure. May not be a bad idea to replace the fuel filter.
You may want to try using SEAFOAM. There is a thread on this site how to apply Seafoam directly to your intake though the upper pcv valve hose.

Replacing the pcv valve night be a good idea also.
What engine do you have? Are the plugs and wires good? These little things can make a big difference.
Do you have a check engine light on?

Your best bet is to make a distinction between whether it is the engine or the tranny that is causing the feeling you are describing.
