End links are easy to replace. There are a couple of writeups. You'll most likely have to cut the thing right above the bottom arm as the metal in the plastic sleeve swells as it rusts, and you can't pull the sleeve off. Then just pop the old bolt out, and install the new links.
 


















Well your missing the bolt on one side.. Just go to the parts store and get some poly bushing & bolts for the sway bar.. The plastic ones are just crap
