Help please.

Was messing with lock because it only opened sometimes. Still didn't fix that issue and now it wont start and the interior lights blink. come on five seconds and go off for a few seconds continuously. No idea what's happening. 1999 explorer xlt. any help would be appreciated.

It is not a rapidly blinking light could it still be a pats issue also exterior lights not working checked fuses and they seem fine

Yes should I try that one. I noticed today that I have no lights at allbut the chime goes off intermittently when I have the key in the ignition
