Hi folks,
I need some ideas. I'm in the middle of replacing my
radius arms. I already had a 5.5" Superlift with radius arms. I'm putting in the stronger radius arms I received under warrenty.
I can't seem to get the radius arm to line up with the wholes on the axle. I can get the bottom screw in but
no luck on the top. Is this normal?
Also, the old radius arms installed under the sway bar
bracket. It looks like the new radius arms install over the
sway bar bracket? Or, maybe that is my problem? It looks
like the thicker radius arms are a little wider to
allow the sway bar bracket under the radius arm.
I have double checked to make sure I'm installing the
correct radius arm. Short side on top.
Even with a pry bar I can't get the top whole lined up.
I've tried disconnecting the driveshaft and the pivot point.
Nothing seems to help...
I thought taking it apart was going to be the hard part...
