Help!!! Theft light flashing!!!

So my Ranger ('99 4.0) won't turn over this morning. I turn the key and all I'm getting is a clicking sound, and then the theft light flashes rapidly. The fuel pump is not turning on.

I never had a remote with the truck to lock/unlock.

Tried both keys.

Checked fuse for anti-theft, it's good. Switched relays under hood, no luck.

Tried locking/unlocking with door switches.

Tried locking/unlocking with key itself.

Battery is fully charged. Disconnected battery/reconnected battery. Any ideas?

OK well it's getting towed to the dealer tonight.

They told me if I need a new set of keys/reprogramming the cost is about 50$.

When I told the service manager what was going on he seemed to know exactly what I was talking about.
