I have a 99 explorer xlt. Wiper squirter stopped working. Not the nozzles, not the pump, not the lines or sludge in bottom of fluid container. Where is the squirter relay located?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any videos out there?
Thanks to all of you.

Not sure if you found it yet, but I had an issue where my washer pump was not working and none of the relays in the main fuse box helped.

There’s a second smaller junction box just off to the side of the air box on the passenger side on my 2000 4.0 Explorer.

The box had no lid on mine, maybe it comes that way or the previous owner lost it. Either way, the terminals on the relays were all corroded there so I cleaned them up and added some dielectric grease. Fixed the problem from there.

I don’t remember which relay in that junction is the one for the washer pump but it’s there. There’s only 4-6 of them I think.

I went out and looked, the front two skinny relays are the ones, they’re right next to each other.

The one on the right is the front washer relay and the one on the left activates the rear.

It’s one pump that spins in opposite directions to control front and back, the relays control which direction the single pump operates.

I have the same problem on a 2001 XLT (V8 5.0L). My owner's manual refers to a relay supplied at Fuse 12. The manual says 7.5a, but the fuse is actually a 10a fuse. Online I found another displayed fuse diagram that indicates Fuse 12 is a 10a fuse which is what I have. There is no mention of the relay location in my manual.
