Help with my dome light

Just recently bought a 2015 Ford Explorer ppv I for the life of me I cannot figure out how to disinguage this "dark mode" so I can get my dome light to come on when I open the door or if my daylight running lamps are even have anything to do with this. Can somone help please.....

Dark mode is a feature that can be enabled with an obd2 dongle and a windows software tool called forscan.

I'm at this point for my sister as she wants the dome off with the doors opened.I was able to turn it off with silent mode 5 using forscsn.

2015 should have a button to turn on the dome, light. Is that working?

Help? Setting Dark Mode in 2017 to keep interior lights off when doors are opened?

Hello All, I just picked up my 2017 Explorer Sport and set to Dark mode but even though the menu options say dark mode enabled the interior lights are still coming on when doors are opened. I was use to having the lights not go on as my 2014 FX4 and 2015 Explorer Sport both worked properly...
