Help with speedo gear.....

Ok since I put in the 4.56s the speedo is about 10 mph over what I'm actually doing. I've lived with it long enough!!! What speedo gear do I need??? Or how many teeth do I need???

10 mph over at what speed??? And do you know how many teeth your gear has now??

When I'm actually doing 35mph the speedo says 45mph. No, I have no clue how many teeth are on there right now.

Well...once you take it out and find out how many it has, use this formula to determine the new gear size.


New Teeth = (Current Teeth x Speedo Reading)/Actual Speed
