Help With Tires On 01 Sport Trac!!

I have an old set of tires size 245/70/R16 and was wondering if I could fit them on my stock height 2001 ford sport trac without needing to do any trimming. I'm not sure if it matters but they will be mounted on the stock rims as well

Nicely. Stock ST tire size with 16" rims was either 235/70-16 or 255/70-16.
