E-mail rockauto.com or 1AAuto.com to see if they will ship internationally for some of your parts you cannot find locally and want new. You can try 1ATony on this site for questions about 1AAuto. You will probably need to contact those sites in english.

You can also ask various Ebay sellers about international shipping.

You might have an easier time in Turkey finding parts for a Ford Ranger or Ford Courier, which are basically the same vehicles as the Explorer, and most of the parts you are looking for are interchangeable. The headlights would come from an 89-92 Ranger or Courier. Manual transmission is from 89-99 with a 4.0 engine and 4wd. ABS computer has to come off a 94. You want to try and find the transmission locally, shipping internationally for that transmission is VERY expensive.
