97 and up F150s use a different bolt pattern / spacing, so no.

Explorer is 5x 4.5. 97 and up F150s are 5x135 or 6x135.

No different pattern.

114.3mm with a 70.5mm hub, only thing that works is mustang wheels or the early MY edges.... you can make them fit with custom wheel adapters but cost wise its just not worth it unless you just happen to have $5,000 wheels sitting around.... I still have my set of Roush 18" rims from my 1999 roush stage 2 F-150 and it was definitely not worth it after my research

I was able to fit 20" 2013 Explorer wheels with a spacer ring, kept it conservative with 255/50 r20's

Did you have to modify the hub diameter of the rims to make them fit?

No, however they required the spacer ring to fit for that reason.
The OEM wheels are smooth hub while the 2013 wheels have 5 small indents.

When mounted without the spacer, the wheels were not flush with the hubs (just replaced the front bearings) the truck had SERIOUS wobble on all 4 wheels.

The spacer gives the clearance needed for the mismatch hubs to work.

Can you provide a link to the spacer you used?

Wish I could, I just got it at the tire shop.

Next time the wheels come off I'll photo the spacer with measurements.

You can probably achieve this through a 6 lug conversion, assuming the f150 is 2005 or newer. if anything you can use this video as reference.

I’d be leery of spacers as the wheel bearings are already pretty anemic.

I have 18's from 2013-17 replacing the stock 17's spacers required.
I agree front hubs very anemic, they've been changed 3x in 200k, been running 2 years, major appearnce difference, as in they look so good some one tried to steal them at the local HD one day, after that I put locks on

I learned from experience that YOU DO NEED hub sizing adjustment.

I bought these from Bloxsports (seller on ebay) for $325 for a set of 4;
The wheel hub spec of Ford Explorer 2007 is bolt pattern 5x114.3 hub bore 70.5mm studs 1/2"-20;
The wheel spec of Ford Explorer 2013 is bolt pattern 5x114.3 center bore 63.4mm.
Need to customize made the Wheel adapters for bolt pattern 5x114.3 center bore 70.5 to 63.4.

A set of 4 pcs 1.5" inch: 295USD free shipping to the US
The price based on the following points:

This for the adapters for installation of 11 and up explorer wheels on a 4th gen?? Where I can get them?

Why do you think - check - where's the data we need these?
The spacers from autozone for $20 work fine.
