Hi all,

Glad to join this group after lurking for a while. We're planning to leave taxaholic California for the free state of Nevada and despite owning a pair of Hondas, my heart is still with my 95 Explorer 4x4 which my wife hates only because the AC blower is stuck in defrost, the windows won't roll down, and that one time the transfer case blew up while 500 miles from home. Looking forward to finding ways to keep this rascal alive long enough to transport some of our stuff to Vegas. I already know Uhaul is Satan himself for not renting trailers but am looking at ways to increase cargo capacity.

Welcome to the forum. I grew up in California, 10 days after high school graduation I moved to Arizona. I worked with a retired chp officer when I lived there. His dream was to move to Montana when he retired but could not cause CA taxed his retirement and Montana was going to if he moved there.
