I have a fairly new to me 2009 explorer Limited, and I'm trying to install a backup camera. My question is has anybody here bumper mounted a camera and how did you route the signal wire rear to front? I know how to connect the power, It looks like once I get over the rear DS hump I'm home free, but how best to get from the camera to the back of the second-row sill? Thanks in advance.

welcome to EF! as far as signal wires, if its like the 2nd gen you could come through the taillight area and run it along the trim on the bottom (kick panel area) through the interior, or along the headliner and bring it across. that is if the plastic trim comes off as easy as the 2g, it was a piece of cake.
