hi, im new in this site and not speak a very good english,im from dominican republic, i just want to ask about some problem. my ford sport trac the O/D light flashes steadily and if i turn off my vehicle in the night, in the morning when i turn on and go to the service vehicle, the light is not flashes steadily and the service vehicle can not read the bad code , can you help me please?... i do not want my trasmission damage.

I have a bad transmission and get the flashing O/D light. It comes and goes. Sometimes it is on for days, other times it goes away.

Welcome to this forum! Not all scanners could read these codes. You should have a transmission shop read the codes.
