HID's for fogs on a 99 Explorer Sport

I'm just wondering if anyone out there knows if an H10 HID bulb will fit in my '99's fog lights. I've seen the post where an H10 socket was surgically altered to hold the H1 HID and was just trying to find a shortcut before doing it the hard way.
