1994 Eddie Bauer
I have a 1994 eddie baurer explorer. it was originally a rental unit in Denver, on the window sticker, it has the high altitude package. Anyone know what this is. thanks

on a 94 Explorer high altitude = maybe a different computer tune, that should be it.
Possibly full undercoating, but with todays trucks (yes even 94) the computer can make enough adjustments to get you through the rockies without needing a special timing/air/fuel ratio.

If anything you should have more power at sea level then maybe a non high alt computer would be tuned for (more timing) make sure you run 91 octane in it if it starts to ping at sea level.
