I have a rather large hole in my condenser, perhaps from some road debris or something that popped up. Every shop wants +-$400 to install a new one. I'd love to have my a/c back, any chance a condenser could just be patched or repaired?
Thanks
Ed

Checkout radiatorexpress.com. About $150....

Sometimes..... repeat sometimes.... a good radiator repair ship "might" be able to repair one. I tried unsuccessfully once.... But a new one should only run you about $150 or so, like Marragtop says. They are easy to replace.

It is not a difficult swap.
I would DIY and then take it some where to get refilled.
