Hood Alignment

Bought a 2021 Ford Explorer last year. Just noticed the hood is misaligned. I can put my fingers under hood on rider side but driver side is fine. Took it to Ford dealership service, they tried adjusting it but nothing changed. Car stayed in garage for first three months. Now they are saying we did something to it. I need help!

Unfortunately, misaligned body panels are not uncommon and sometimes can be resolved by the dealer's body shop. You can try contacting the regional Ford customer service rep and see if they can help.
