I recently replaced my damaged aluminum hood with a steel one. It was $100 bucks cheaper and decided to go for it. Little did I know that my hood shocks would no longer be strong enough to keep the steel open (DUH)
I'm wondering if someone is familiar with much more powerful shocks, and if this is as simple as a replace procedure. I haven't researched it much because it LOW on the priority list.
If nothing else, I can just find stronger shocks for anything really and just make a bracket for the hood. Thanks.
