This is what happened. I was using part of my steering wheel to open the top of a fix and flat can. When I did it I heard a weird noise and when I press my horn all I hear is clicking. Which kind of sucks I cant just tear my column apart due to cold weather and got work in a hour.

Where is the click? Is it the relay clicking? If so then the problem isn't in your column. If the relay is clicking then there's a disconnect between the horn, the relay and the power supply. Or the horn itself is bad. Time to get a multimeter or 12v test light and see where the disconnect is.

they freeze up disconnect the horn clean contacts and jently tap on the horns
