how can i figure out if the torsion twist has already been done on my truck?

i bought it used from a dealer so i have no idea what the previous owner(s) have done to it. how could a guy figure out if its been dont yet? im looking to get the warrior shackles and i want to raise the front a little too.

Climb under there. Put the truck up on jackstands, crawl under it and look at the rear of the torsion bar, more specifically where it enters into the adjusters. Now look at the bolts hanging down. If the bolt hanging down is cranked most of the way in, it has been done.
