How can I get through firewall with Coax Cable

I'm wondering where would be a good place to put Coax Cable from engine compartment through the firewall and into interior for my CB and Ham Radios, anybody got any ideas? Maybe I'll have to drill a hole? or how about where the emergency brake cable comes in?

If I remember correctly, on my old '92 I ran my wiring through an existing rubber plug on the firewall. I THINK it was the boot where the throttle cable goes through. I know I had to drill a new hole on my '01 and put a grommet in it.

I have had good luck going through the hole that the hood release cable goes through.
Just push a coat hanger through the hole, tape the coax to the hanger and pull it back through.
