How do I replace my intake gaskets on a 1991 Ford Explorer with a 4.0L V6?

My intake gasket needs to be replaced and i am a new mommy with NO CLUE how to do what i need to...i am looking for a repair manual but i can't find one that wont charge me. IF anyone has any help or a link to a site that i can find a repair manual for free PLEASE e-mail me ASAP cause my truck is overheating and like i said before i have a new baby and cant afford to not have a repair manual...PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!! IM BEGGING and so is my exPLODER...LOL

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the stock 91-94 section. There are many threads with information on replacing intake gaskets. Do a quick search on this site.
